Some years ago, The Legaspi Company represented a new fast food concept in its introduction and initial expansion in Southern California: El Pollo Loco. The development of an expansion strategy, the identification and implementation of site selection criteria, and the negotiation and procurement of expansion sites were some of the services provided by The Legaspi Company.
