Karen Robles came to The Legaspi Company in 2006 after several years in the public sector. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Whittier College. While at Whittier, she volunteered for multiple homeless shelters and battered women's shelters throughout the Los Angeles area. Prior to coming to The Legaspi Company, she worked for non-profit organizations helping at risk children and children with developmental disabilities. While working with children at risk, she worked directly with Therapists and the Department of Mental Health to devise individual plans for children in group homes. She also was a Service Coordinator at the San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center where she worked with Educators in developing Individual Education Plans for developmentally disabled children transitioning from Middle School to Adult programs.
With her public sector experience, she has been proficient in working with city officials regarding the retail expansion of national and regional companies. Due to her experience, she has proven herself as an analytical asset providing competition studies, demographic reviews, and sales/leasing surveys to use in proforma reporting. At present, Karen specializes in Hispanic shopping centers throughout California and the United States. She has direct involvement in the marketing, leasing, and management of these shopping centers and their repositioning. She is currently focusing her efforts on Landlord and Tenant representation for Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market in Los Angeles County and Chuck E Cheese's expansion in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
