A new addition to the Legaspi Company, Eric has assisted in market analysis reports for clients such as Chuck E. Cheese's, Auburndale Properties, and Dr. Pacheco Naturalmente. He earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration at Azusa Pacific University and continued to complete the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate at USC and earn his Brokers license. During his undergraduate career, his fluency in Spanish opened opportunities to lead international humanitarian development teams to Mexico, Nicaragua, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
In addition to working with the Legaspi Company, he also serves as an International Coordinator with Rescuing Hands, a US based non-profit organization that focuses on developing marginalized communities throughout Latin America. Eric uses his cultural background, international experience, and passion for development to serve communities in the US and abroad.
